Shell has been teaching Dru Yoga for many years. Shell's ability to communicate openly with her students to understand their needs allows her to deliver yoga classes that bring clarity of mind, body and soul. Her holistic approach, combined with her down to earth, compassionate and energetic nature, ensures a great sense of fun and deep nurturing in all her classes and sessions. Combining her background in psychology and stress management with the tools and techniques of Dru Yoga, Sue has been teaching for 16 years and offers classes and workshops that uplift and inspire. Her light-hearted approach is complemented by a sincere and passionate desire to encourage others towards optimum health and well-being. Sue is now teaching her Dru Yoga classes in Wauchope, near Port Macquarie on the Mid North Coast of New South Wales.
