Have you tried Dru Yoga yet?    If you've been disillusioned with yoga classes before then you need to come to one of ours!!!   You will be given full explanations and, most importantly, be able to complete a whole class comfortably.     Its a total Body-Heart-Mind experience.

Why Kaleidoscope?

Kaleidoscope Body Heart & Mind Therapy offers an approach to well-being based on the ancient technique of Dru Yoga.  This heart-based yoga uses flowing movements, gentle postures, breathing practices, relaxation and meditation that takes people on the road to health, emotional stability and clear thinking.

Kaleidoscope offers classes and seminars exclusively in Dru Yoga, Relaxation and Meditation.    Alternatively we can come to you – in your home or your workplace.

Who is Kaleidoscope?

Michelle (Shell) McLeod
Shell has been teaching Dru Yoga for many years.   Shell's ability to communicate openly with her students to understand their needs allows her to deliver yoga classes that bring clarity of mind, body and soul.  Her holistic approach, combined with her down to earth, compassionate and energetic nature, ensures a great sense of fun and deep nurturing in all her classes and sessions.  As well as caring for her two children, Shell has achieved:

Sue Stubbs
Combining her background in psychology and stress management with the tools and techniques of Dru Yoga, Sue offers classes and workshops  that uplift and inspire. Her light-hearted approach is complemented by a sincere and passionate desire to encourage others towards optimum health and well-being. She has two grown sons, a gorgeous granddaughter and can ride a bike, drive a car and fly a plane.  She has the following qualifications:

BA (Hons) Psychology
MSc Organisational Psychology
Certificate in Training & Development
Dru Yoga Teaching Diploma
Certificate III in Aviation (PPL Licence)
